The SIM Group’s projects range from their golf course community at the Country Club of South Carolina to the award-winning BrickYard Plantation and Hamlin Plantation in Mount Pleasant, to individual custom homes and to the renovation of a 3,000-square-foot penthouse in the historic People’s Building in historic Charleston, SC. On the horizon are further projects in the Carolinas ~ from the mountains, to the midlands, to the North Carolina coast and the South Carolina Lowcountry. Neil Stevenson Architects is a young, creative, energetic architecture firm.
