Daniel M. Bradley, Dan is from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He graduated from Clemson University (B.S. 1996), The Citadel (MBA 2001), and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D. 2004) where he was Articles Editor for the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal and served on the Legislative Council of the Student Bar Association. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2004. He is a member of the Charleston County, South Carolina, and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Bradley is an experienced litigator who currently concentrates his practice in the area of complex, high-stakes litigation, with an emphasis on consumer fraud and antitrust violations. He has represented individuals, classes, and businesses in cases against numerous industries, including banking, chemical, construction, and manufacturing.
Mr. Bradley has also successfully defended cases involving automotive accidents, construction defects, and claims of civil rights violations on behalf of individuals, businesses, national insurance companies, and governmental agencies.
Mr. Bradley graduated from Clemson University in 1996 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences with a minor in Wildlife Biology. In 2001, he received his Masters in Business Administration from The Citadel. In 2004, he received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal and as an elected member of the Student Bar Association Legislative Council. While in law school, Mr. Bradley was employed as a law clerk concentrating in insurance defense litigation.

He is admitted to practice in the State of South Carolina and Federal District Court for South Carolina. He is also admitted in the Fourth Circuit. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Bradley was an insurance underwriter for commercial special risk policies with Johnson & Johnson, Inc.
